4 stars for those photos. I saw them on their Facebook and that definitely doesn’t represent them well. The food is really good, great bbq and seafood. The Crab Cakes are very popular along with the ribs. I prefer the St Louis or short ribs over the baby back. The fried pickles are the best I’ve come across and the specials are very good. I would say the food is great. Way better than those photos make it out to be. Just look at the menu and you’ll get an idea of how good it is.
Love BANC’s menu. Always an excellent choice. Really good seafood and bbq. I think it’s one of the best places that’s opened up in Norwalk. 5 stars easy.
Both locations are great. Banc is way more food focused where Ryan’s is definitely more laid back and casual still with really good food. Great reputation in Norwalk. Cool daily special and great beer selection. I’m def a fan. 🙂
The next level up from BJ Ryan’s. Awesome menu. One of the best I’ve seen. Another really awesome place is Meditteraneo in Norwalk. So well done but very high end…ex:// there is a waterfall right outside while you eat lol.
Those photos do not do justice. Just saying. The daily specials are always very good. The food is comfort food and its casual but high end in quality. Great crab cakes, I agree.
Favorite crab cakes I’ve had yet and the short ribs are serious. Really great food and concept. BJ Ryan’s is still the joint though lol. I do like the bolognese there but Banc House is more about the food obviously. Recommend it.
